For over twenty years, Martin & Associates has been doing criminal and juvenile appeals under contract with the Vermont Defender General’s Office, helping those unable to afford hiring their own attorney to seek review, by the Vermont Supreme Court, of their criminal convictions or juvenile court orders affecting their parental rights.  When Allison came to Martin & Associates in 1999, after several years as a solo general practitioner in South Royalton, Vermont, she assumed primary responsibility for the firm’s appellate caseload.  Accordingly, she has represented hundreds of clients in matters before the Vermont Supreme Court, continuing the firm’s long tradition of helping to protect individual’s constitutional rights and ensuring equal access to justice.   Below please find links to several Vermont Supreme Court cases won by Allison Fulcher:
